Well, winter finally came to Ontario.  The good news is that we launch in 86 days.  The boat show is on in Toronto and I am pricing VC 17.  $40+ a can makes me happy that we only have a 30 foot boat. 

Hot Tamale has an orangey/red gelcoat on her hull.  This makes the job of polishing each spring very important.  How this came to be my job, I don't know.  But it is.  A few years ago we found Finesse It from 3M and this did a great job of removing the film from the topsides.  You don't want to use it too often, as it does remove a layer each time you use it.
